PC coupons for bonus points when using the PC Mastercard

that happened to me when the cashier was trying to enter the coupons - once she entered the coupon for the bonus points for a gift card (I bought a $50 gift card), both she and I noticed that $50 was deducted from the total - NOT what was supposed to happen! LOL

so she called a supervisor, and she kept trying different things, and finally ended up doing the one cent deduction and that seemed to work.

by the way, for the organics coupon, I just bought an organic apple - 54 cents. Not bad for 5,000 points.

no! as soon as I noticed the screen showing it had deducted $50, I pointed to the screen with my jaw dropped, at the same time as the supervisor noticed and we both started talking at once saying THAT'S not right!

weird how this has been so problematic for them...

I just used the blue menu coupon, the gift card coupon and the 2x pt for spending over $100 today, at the bottom of the receipt it showed the coupons taking 1cent off for each and then my total PC points which went up over 5000pts since I had checked a couple days ago.
Seems to have worked for me. Will have to see if I can use the coupons again next time.

I used the Blue Menu one today, they have the pasta on for .99 cents
5 x the extra points, got points for a re-usuable bag. Paid 99 cents +
all the points. Pays to use coupons

has anyone received their bonus points yet? I've read that they were calling those that used the coupons many times, saying they'll get the points right away, but will not honour the coupons anymore because they were an error

I only used 3 coupons, one time each, but haven't received the points yet...

I managed to use two "5000 points blue menu" ones at two different cashier checkout. First transaction was for a bulk food worth 2.66 and a bag of PC blue menu kettle chips worth $1.99. I ended up paying only for the 2.66 plus tax bulk food. The receipt shows:

5000 PC Points 1.99
5000 PC Points 1.99-

So I guess I won't be getting the 5000 points?

The second transaction is also for the same chips. This time the receipt shows "5000 PC Points 0.01-" and I need to pay this time. So am I going to get 5000 points? Only time will tell.

mine says the same receipt, i have had many issues with not getting my points before i hope not again, PC is quite difficult to debate with even when i had copies of my receipts! It took me 8 months to get my name changed on my mastercard with them.

I have used about 5 coupons so far, the first one was used at the last day of January, but I got the bonus only 2 weeks ago. It took over a month to get the bonus, that's too long!

I haven't received my points (used the coupons in early February) and I sent an email asking when they would be coming. I was told "soon". No specific date. May email them again and suggest I'll be cutting up my card if the points don't appear "soon".

i was told you get the bonus within 30-60 days of the expiry date of the coupon. wasnt on my last statement.

do the pc points expire after a while if you dont use it?
