ps. has anybody tried LD Brentwood? I have to head that way today and tempted to do coupon stacking there!!

I HAVE stacked and pm'ed at Brentwood before with no trouble....only once did they not round say 4.00 to 3.99, so I had to pay .99 big deal, really.

And in regards to the insert, and this is coming from me who is still new to stacking etc, I would try and buy them in an even number. I bought 3 last time and found in certain situations I really wish I had 4 - especially if you need to buy products in mutiples of 2....Just my 2 cents, but I'm definetly buying 4 papers to get the 4 inserts this time

Anyone have any Halloween plans for the kiddies?? We went to CrossIron last night and had a blast! Big Bass had trick or treating!

Also, anyone know if Charlie Brown's Great Pumpkin on tv??? lol!

The $5 coupon for the Body Shop is back in this weekend's Metro paper. Good until Oct. 31, 2010 only. Just scored from free fancy soap - they don't even charge tax on a $5 item. One per customer per day, so I will be heading back tomorrow!

Happy Halloween everyone!!! I hope all of you have a fun time with your little and not so little ones today We're taking DD out trick or treating for the first time so wish us luck! I'm just hoping she doesn't get scared or anything. She's excited to be dressed as a princess and wants Mama and Daddy to dress as one too lol. Have fun all

MOnkey go out early. The scarrier costumes come out later and most people dont turn on the decorations till its dark out. I am hoping to be out around 5. my rule is after the first trick or treater has come. I dont want to be the first one out.

Just opened a box of old Dutch chips to prepare for giving out tonight. The tape said "valuable coupons inside" but there is no coupon whatsoever. Just my luck.

That's too bad Mission! According to another post in the forum they are supposed to have the following coupons inside:
$1 any old dutch chips
$1 old dutch restaurante tortillia chips
$1 old dutch crunch kettle cooked chips
$1 arriba tortilla chips

I think I'm going to see if I can find any boxes reduced after Halloween maybe....

Hope you all had a great SAFE Halloween! Ours was good, kids got pop(juice boxes, ok but POP!, anyways!) and lots of candy, so they were super hyper. but it was fun.

Just a heads up, we were at Northland Walmart today and they have the Schick Hydro gift pack (small ones, opposite the shaving stuff, hidden on bottom shelf) for $5 - has 1 shaving gel + 3 disposal razor or 1 shaving gel + 1 hydro razor. They also have the Schick Hydro razor for $3 -- so if you have not stocked up on razors (like me!) and have some $2 off coupons, these will be great!

I want to see your brag findme. I went to stack tonight and Glenda ( sp) was on and she is so cranky. I feel like I am stealing or doing some bad when she is on and she watches me like a hawk and questions all my coupons and where I get them. I tell her online and friends and family. I will try tommorow morning

MommyMel, that was so funny I ran into you, I got a free box of diapers free box of wipes, 2 (almost) free packs of Easy ups, and a bunch of free Dove, and Glenna was fine with all my stacking and PMing. I've never had issues with her.

To the person who was talking about Lori at LD RO...I agree, she's the best. She's always nice. And the tall skinny guy is super too...can't remember his name right now.

Anyone had issues with Crowfoot Safeway taking your Save.ca coupons?

I was in there today with a bunch. of save.ca coupons... long story short the supervisor on duty wasn't going to take the coupons, because their 'policy is not to take coupons that have been printed off the internet' and she practically accused me of photocopying them. I almost left all my groceries on the belt, I was so mad & insulted. The higher up manager did accept the coupons.
I don't get it, the save.ca coupons are obviously not printed or photocopied off my home printer. Needless to say Safeway is getting a letter from me, I don't appreciate being treated like a thief, when I have valid coupons!
