Brandsaver comes out about every 3 or 4 months but there is no set schedule for it. When it does come out it is almost always in the sunday Herald.

Sorry, another question. What exactly is redplum? Is it a store? I've been in Calgary for three years and don't ever remember seeing a store by that name.
On another note, just got back from safeway and they had a some manufacturer's coupons. I've gotten coupons there tons of times, But that was before I knew about stacking, now I'm even more excited LOL I would never actually use them at safeway with their prices but it's a great source.

@sharbies, I checked the local 7-11 for the Herald and there were no inserts in it...
I found redplum today in the Herald at the Macs
I checked at both 7-11 and our corner store...no red plum! My sister is around & about the city today...she'll check out a few more stores. lol I'll tell her that Mac's may have it. Thanks Shadowfox. :)
brrrrrrrrrrrrrr its too cold out there, Sobeys have sour cream for 79 cents for the 500g size, thats a deal if you need/use it.

Yes I am ready to meet up with all you lovely ladies! I see there are lots of new members - please come and join us! We have an informal coupon swap - just bring any coupons you can't use and we all trade. I have learned so much and saved mega$$$$$$ from these gals. It's a great way to add to your coupon stash, ask questions, and get tips! Everyone is welcome. In the past we have met at Sunridge Mall, Deerfoot Mall and Royal Oak. We usually list a few "coupon wishes". We try to put some coups in an envelope that others are really wanting, if you have extra. What is everyone's preferance for day, time, location, etc....? I am available pretty much anytime.:-)
Has anyone rec'd their Brandsaver coupons in the mail yet? I ordered mine the first day they were available, but they have not made it to my mail box yet.
Found a great coupon today at SDM - buy 1 Secret deodorant and get $2 off WUB Venus razor. I thought these would be good to stack with all the other Brandsaver/ P&G coups.
