Keep a lookout for your Brandsaver insert that will be arrving in some Calgary areas in the Neighbours..... a little birdie whispered in my ear that some of the south areas are receiving them soon in their Neighbours. Woodbine, Canyon Meadows......etc.
Check carefully in your flyer bundles .there is the Pedgree/Natural Defence/Cesar/Temptation/Whiskas skinny insert..white with $25.00 of savings.....watch out, its flimsy and hard to see..... its in Calgary this time around, may not be in all flyers, so check with family and friends if looking for it. if you find it, post on here which suburb you are located in so others can keep a look out for it....thanks.
I'm so confused, is the new brandsaver really suppposed to be in the papers today?? Or is it this weekend?
The Brandsaver is alwasy supposed to be in the weekedn Sat Herald, and National Post, then on Sunday in the Sun.
The Neighbours sometimes has the Brandsaver insert. This time around there are some of hte Neighbours that were with the Brandsaver and somealso had the Slim insert for 25.00 of Pet food. Not all of them had it unfortunately..seems to be very random with hte selection. The ones that I know of were released in the SW area of hte city, Woodbine, Canyon Meadown, and a fe others...so check your flyer s carefully, ask your family to look in theirs as well. The inserts can be tucked inside the Neighbours paper as well.
For those of you that do not want to go around running trying to find the Brandsaver insert in the local paper on Saturday or on Sunday, and who do not want to buy many papers, or who are from out of town and they are not avaible,
I have a simple solution for you.
Being fortunate to have alredy located many of the extra unused inserts I am doing trades for them............looking for many different kinds of cpns, food, Pet fod including Purina Smart One Cat food, all kinds except the insert from last year, Purina One Dog food 2.50 valid on all /any size bag.....and Pediasure, Ensure, Glucerna, etc.
I will also be clipping out diaper Pampers, Iams etc cpns for those that are looking for them as a seperate transaction.......... Just pm me and we can work it out........many thanks.

I went through my coupon binder last night to get rid of all of my expired coupons. I hardly have any in there!
Yes the motherload of inserts weekend, 3 of them......Our morning papers arrivedwith them all!!
I have to trade all the cpns from the Pet Food Insert, Many of the Smart Source inserts and lots of the Brandsaver inserts.
I got 5 neighborhood papers yesterday and no inserts at all.

Interesting. I bought 2 CH at Safeway and got double smart source as well, plus the brandsaver and pet insert. Usually I wait to buy the CS on Sunday (and sometimes forget as well). Glad I paid more for CH on Sat.

I always use tripadvisor.ca and look for places with good reviews...they will generate prices for a few different deal places such as expedia.
Or vrbo.com is a great site for vacation rentals. Often cheaper than a hotel, especially if your family needs more than one room!

A while ago I posted about vouchers my husband bought me for Mark-it Clean. After numerous tries at contacting the company to use the vouchers I bought through Dealfind and one appointment the company did not show up to I finally got some closure. Dealfind would not refund our money to our credit card but they did give us a credit +10%. this is okay as my husband is hoping for paintball vouchers this spring. the only frustration is that they ask you to give the company a chance to answer all the calls after their promo and this can exceed the 30 return policy. I am very leary of Mark-it clean as all of their phone messages have been changed to Qualico Cleaning. I would be very careful buying a cleaning voucher again after having been burned. Thank you to all who told me of their experiences.

Quite a few employers are offered "group" discounts on pleasure travel even if they are not travel industry employers. My husband's work has a travel deals in their work perk website and so does his union. you don't have to order a lot of rooms but it is an expected volume discount as the employer uses those hotels for business travel for executives.
As for airfare good luck. My most hated deal find, I liken it to bathing suit shopping. ;) If you are travelling Air Canada PM me and I have a 10% off code you can have.
I have used Bookit.com and have saved alot of money. Sometimes though you will have a connecting flight instead of direct. Keep in mind the prices are in USD. I have booked with them about 4 times for all-inclusive trips and also Vegas (hotel and flight) without any problems and saved $$.Quote:
