I haven't had a win in a while either, and haven't even been able to do a survey. I was getting 3 chances at surveys (so 3 pts) but lately now I only have one per day adn sometimes don't even get that 1pt. Redeemed my 1000pts 10 days ago and am only at 130pts now so it will be a slow haul.

They are pretty good about getting back to you, Superpoints even has an account on this forum and has posted before.

I emailed them a few days ago, then left it for a couple days to give them a chance to do it. They still weren't showing up so I emailed them again Friday I guess it was, and they got added on yesterday.



About not getting the 1 point for attempting surveys, they told me not all surveys credit you a point for attempting.

That may very well be true, but the ones I have attempted said you do get 1 point and they should remove that if it's not true. I'm not going to bother pursuing it and have 80 emails going back and forth again, I just won't attempt surveys anymore.

Everyone gets offered the same surveys I am pretty sure, whether or not you qualify varies person to person. It usually always says you get 1 point for starting it, but like I have mentioned in this thread earlier, that is not always the case, sometimes the site does not redirect at all and you don't get the 1 point. Also, it was 3 surveys for a while, which was very reasonable because you had a good chance to qualify each day, now it's down to 1 again. I say it's just 1 point if you don't get it, it's not a big deal. Focus on the lucky button clicks and lucky search, that's where the big points are.
