WTH?? I'm ~30 pts away from hitting 500, and I figured I'd redeem for an amazon card then quit the site as I don't like the changes

so now I'm looking at all the requirements for the different levels - and because I'm on the basic level, I can't redeem until I have 2500 points!

even if I fulfilled the (b.s.) requirements for the gold level, I couldn't redeem until I had 1,000 points!

the only way to redeem at 500 pts is if you have 5 friends at the basic level or higher - I have 1 friend at the basic level, and 3 who never validated their email address, and aren't at any level

if any of my 3 unvalidated friends are reading this, could you please please confirm your email address with luckysearch?

then I'll need one more basic friend..link is on my website, and the link for that is in my signature

How long did it take you guys after you fulfilled the requirements for gold to change to "gold' from basic? I have check marks since yesterday, but my status is still basic. I have over 2 people - check mark, photo- check, updated profile.

After fulfilling the requirements, I went from Gold to Platinum immediately. Maybe send them off an email about it..

I need more friends to validate their accounts too. I have 23 people signed up, but only one is actively using the site, or else I would be at platinum status too.

The funny thing is.. I was going back and forth between a couple windows.. clicking the search every now and then and not even paying attention if I won.. then I go back 5 minutes later and I see the 500 win message on my screen!
