I think different people get different surveys, based on how their profile fits the surveying company's desired demographic (ethnicity, income, marital status, etc.).

At least I assume that's why the survey page keeps telling me that they need Caucasians like me to do surveys!

Hmm, I can't remember what number it was. It also showed a long list of pictures and you had to look at it and press space bar if it made you think of the chips and then at the end of yourself.

I pm'ed superpoints about it in any case, everyone should get 10 points from referrals that complete surveys. Doesn't make sense that I get some and not others.

And ya, surveys are based on demographics too, and how you answer it, ie if you say you haven't had chips in the past x days or whatever, you won't get to complete the survey.

Just wondering, I'm trying to upgrade to the next membership level and it says valid picture. It has my picture imported from facebook, so how come that doesn't help? Can anyone help??

Just won another 10 points on the button. That's two wins in an hour. Fridays are definitely good days for me on SuperPoints!

FYI, as others have suggested I'm waiting until it's been 4+ minutes since the last win. Then I'm clicking repeatedly it until either I or the next person wins. Seems to be working well today. Hope it helps some of you too!

I contacted SP about the missing points from referrals doing yesterday's survey that gave a lot of people 50 points and they said, "Looks like the survey that Mark S. completed was the “Panelists Needed” survey, which is not eligible for partner payout. That’s one that we have in there to help determine what surveys someone qualifies for." In case anyone was wondering...

I'm hoping they will soon post the specific rules around getting points, e.g. how many points you should get when a friend does a survey (and when it may not qualify), hints for getting the 1 point when you don't qualify (i.e., don't close the page until it returns to SuperPoints), etc.

It's too vague now, and I know a lot of people are getting frustrated and/or losing motivation, including more poor, dear referrals.

Mr./Mrs. SuperPoints... if you're still visiting this thread... little help? It's only a few lines of code, and SuperPoints will be much better for it!
