    Abouit two weeks ago I tried to order from Benefit cosmetics online and the order would not go through...so yesterday I got an email from them,saying they were sorry and that if I ordered anything I would get a free makeup kit valued at $32...so I tried to order it and it didnt work

    I called the company directly and explained the problem..that I wanted my free $32 gift (I was just ordering an $8 lip gloss)so he placed the order and all was well

    I checked the order receipt I got by email this morning and noticed that he gave me both items free and I just paid shipping....I got two items free at the cost of $40 US..now thats a cool freebie

    Not all of them carry Benefit. The boutiques do, but the stores generally get a few pieces and that's it.

    I tried to take advantage of their Cinco de Mayo promo, where you get a free High Beam .... but it was sold out by the time I ordered it! (It was just noon!)

    I was told they were substituting it with Moon Beam instead.

    Wow awesome freebie!

    I use their BadGal Lash mascara which i absolutely LOVE - its thick and makes your lashes freakishly long but i learned the hard way that if i put my ususal 2 coats on I end up looking like Tammy Faye Baker.

    Haven't tried anything else from them yet but plan to when i have the money.
