I am totally new at this...but as I am on Maternity Leave I have to find a way to cut costs to be able to stay at home the full year with my second son.
I went to Shoppers Drug Mart yersterday (should have went on Monday!) and got the following:
1 Royale 24 roll toilet tissue reg. 8.49 (11.79 at A&P!!!) on sale for 5.99 -$1 coupon on the package + -$1 coupon I had = $3.99
1 120count Bounce Free sheets reg. 9.49 on sale for 4.49 -$.50 coupon = $3.99
1 60count Huggies Diapers reg. 21.99 on sale for 14.99 - $2 coupon = $12.99
2 2ply LB facial tissues reg. .99 on sale for .69/each = $1.38
Total before taxes, coupons and sales= $42.45
Total before taxes, after coupons and sales= $22.35
I saved $20.10!!!!! YAY!
I also went and picked up the Always reg. 3.88 on sale for 2.66 -$1 coupon = $1.66 at Walmart. And I Scop'd a travel pack of Cottonelle flushable wispes that rang in at $1.18 but the tag on the rack said $.98 so they were free.
Oooh and at my local A&P they had some Huggies Little Swimmers reg 9.99 on sale for $4.99! I also browsed the store for other coupons and picked up thos nestle ones that someone mentioned on here so I can use them at price choppers.
