I called the number today. I spoke to a customer service rep and gave my name and home address. I was asked which J&J products I want coupons for and that's it. The guy said I will receive them in the mail in 3 weeks

Yep, just ask them if they can mail you coupons. They'll ask which products you wan them for and take your info. The man I spoke to said you can call once a month.

Does anyone know if once a month means the next calendar month or 30 days from you last call (ie. If I called March 10 do I wait for April 10...or anytime in April).

You can also e-mail the above laddress and request coupons if you prefer e-mailing over calling. I did that last month and requested Aveeno and Splenda coupons and received them, Make sure to provide your mailing address!!!
