i know this has probably been asked a million times, but do you have to spend $30 AFTER manuf. coupons? so if my total is $35 with coupons and $25 after coupons, will that be okay? or does it have to be OVER $30 no matter what?

You wait to be assigned to a group, and then wait to receive the invitation from your group leader. Once you're signed up with THAT invitation, you can sign up others under you!
