    Unfortunately there is not too much the moderators can do if a train is stuck at a station. That is what the trade rating is for... If your train gets stuck at a station and the rider doesn't respond, well, leave a negative rating. It serves as a warning to other conductors that maybe that person shouldn't be allow on their train...

    I agree with abc642! If we have a bad experience with a Scer, let's give him/her a negative rating or send Boo a "secret rating"; to take action against a Scer he needs to receive x number of complaints.


    Let's help each other, we need to know if someone isn't to be trusted!

    you know guys,3 members have disappeared with my trades and never sent me anything back. So ever since that, I request other members to send in their trade first,and once I receive it, I send it out..this is only for big trades, thats why most of you who trade with me see I request this. I personaly dont like doing that,but some people spoil the fun of trading. Last night I had a trader respond to me rudely saying shes offended I asked her this,and Im spouting big words. Its not my fault people spoil it for everybody.

    One of my trains has also gone MIA at kiki's stop. Without saying too much - I can let you know that kiki did not intentionally leave SC or sign up for a load of trains and then leave. She loves SC and would never do this on purpose. I'm sure she may be back and will try her best to make it all up to you. And No - Kiki is not Karen1234.

    I second MiltonFreecycle. I KNOW FOR A FACT that Kikicollect is currently dealing with a huge issue on the home front - very time consuming, a lot of traveling and emotionally taxing.

    To those who are owed trades by her, please let me know what her side of the trade is - I will try and make good on those trades (with help from my coupon fairies, hopefully! ; failing that there is always stamps and SDM points. For the stuck trains, unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it but I will alert her and hopefully she can find time to just pass the train forward. I'm pretty sure she has not signed on any new trains.

    For her sake, I ask you to be patient. She is dealing with a lot right now. I, as I'm sure some of you also, have traded many times with her and I have always found her to be reliable and prompt.

    Just a quick clarification, the nj26 train was 'stuck' at Mikey08 - there was some confusion on the passengers' list but Nj26 is aware of this and both of us have been trying to contact him to no avail. That's why I did not post an update on the thread. We are still trying to resolve it.

    Some people are very quick to complain without hearing the reasons why people do what they do. I just did my first trains and it is a lot of work, AND for me, I just sent out $200 in coupons. If a train goes missing or a trade is not completed by one party this is an issue. If someone is having problems BE HONEST. Everyone here is very generous and giving. If you can't return a trade because of a problem post something saying I'M SORRY...there is something major going on and for one reason or another I just can't..
    I just had to explain to a fellow SC'er that my son decided to put coupons set aside for her into a glass of water to see if they would melt. It's humbling to admit we fail but good for us. Make it right to the best of your ability, say I am sorry and don't repeat your mistakes.
    BLOO if someone is going to complain about your coupon trading policy maybe they don't want your coupons or trade that bad. I'll take them Your trades are awesome.

    As a relatively newbie trader I completely agree that when trading for fpcs/high valued bundles you really have no choice but to request the other party send their half of the deal first. You are the one with the outstanding trading record. You cannot afford to keep getting burned. It is not unreasonable to ask this of people and when you are upfront people have no right to disagree - those are simply the terms of the trade.
