I emailed them about 5 times to asking what happened but never got an answer, hopefully this time it works out.

What have other people's experiences been with receiving the correct amount of points into their account.
For survey U1100, my survey invitation e-mail indicated I will receive 50 points. However they only credited me 20 points. I called and inquired and they said the survey was only worth 20 points.
I've had issues with other points being credited as well...
My experience has been that they get deposited in eventually, albeit it at a snails pace. Same with receiving the Chapters e-certificates.Quote:

I did a survey today, it was pretty extensive, about crackers. I hope I get a product tester, haven't had one for a while. I don't know how many points I have, I just like doing these types of surveys.
Also got a box of products to test today via Fed Ex :)
I just did another survey and I hope I get picked to sample it. I love TNS :)
