oh damn, this isn't the first time this has happened either? that's terrible if your mail is being snagged en route... that's the couriers problem (mine was delivered via fedex) and hopefully TNS can track their packages. have you notified them about it? I just read in the follow-up survey e-mail... "You may have already received this product. If not, it is on its way to you and you should receive it over the next couple of days."... so hopefully it comes but I'm sure you're not too optimistic if it's happened before. yikes april, hope it's in your mailbox tomorrow... keep us posted.Quote:

omg this whole time it was sent to someone else's home, they were nice enough to drop it off at my home. fed ex delivered it to the wrong address and my address is clearly correct on the package. the funny thing is that the people who received our package are friends with my brother lol.... how can fed ex charge so much and still make stupid mistakes

Darn difficult to open the product! I tore a bit of skin off my hand trying to open it - very dangerous....it even burns now when I use hand sanitizer :(
