I also got an email saying I would receive my frozen testing product today. This may be a stupid question, but do they actually send you the frozen product or is it a coupon? I'm just on lunch break at work right now and am wondering if they do send the frozen product, what if I'm not there to receive it?Quote:

They come packed in a styrafoam cooler packed with dry ice. So it comes frozen to your door. UPS just leaves it at the door. If someones at home Id suggest you ask them to get it and put it in the freezer. If not when you get home open it up and see if its still frozen if so your ok just put it in the freezer. If its defrosted I dont think Id take that chance. I had cheese sit in one of these coolers for 5 hours on teh door step although that was in the hot summer days.
