that's bizarre then, thanks for letting me know. I just tried again and keep getting the "certificate error" message cautioning me to proceed. this is a company computer so maybe they found the cookies too intrusive or didn't like the looks of the site. I can access it anywhere else I attempt to but just not here... hmm...

Just an update, I finally received all my amazon in one huge dump :) She was very honest and apologizing. I hope everyone has the same success, and I earned another 1000 + in surveys over the past 2 days as well. I will forgive them for the year wait, at least they paid me off and gave me a bonus :) More surveys ;)

I received my Amazon.ca gift certificate too. Very impressed with Laura!!!

OK I ordered 2x $5 Amazon, hopefully they don't take too long to come

i just cashed out for a $10 cheque and i have done maybe one or two surveys and it says i have six hundred something points but the points arent in my survey history. lol. Not sure if these are the points they have owed me forever or just a screw up. Probably a screw up since their not in my survey history.

my gc has been "processing" for a month now. how long does it usually take?

I redeemed points for a $5.00 Amazon GC in May that hasn't been emailed to me yet :(

And I ordered another one from them last month because they finally credited me 300 points they owed me from months before. Still waiting on that one too.

As some others have posted, calling or emailing them is an exercise in futility because they do not reply. When I first signed up with them I got credited my points right away but after a while it started taking months.
