I just ordered a check and a g/c about 2 weeks ago. We'll see how long it takes to come in, as for being credited its normally not that bad for me, maybe 2 weeks top. In the end i dont mind waiting a bit after all this like other survey sites is all free. I tend to bank my points and gift cards so i can do larger orders and save on shipping
I ordered My GC April 11th and it still says processing. My son did surveys last year and still hasn't gotten the amazon.ca redeem codes. Up until the end of last year, they were good, now I'm not sure.
wow out of 3 surveys i have done in the past couple weeks i have gotten 10 whole points. What a joke. I guess the surveys that were supposed to be for in the hundreds ended up being worth 0. Not so sure i will stick with this website if i ever get a chance to cashout.

TNS contacted me, they apologized for the delay of my orders and said they will fix it and even gave me an extra GC for my trouble :) I'm willing to give them a second chance. She seemed very sorry about the whole mess and said they have been having issues because the companies they work for pay them out at certain times and it causes a backlog of orders. She said anyone who hasn't received anything they ordered before may should contact them by phone because they are having some issues with their comps and the lady who does redemptions has been off sick. So please call them if you had put in an order and they will rectify it. :)

They just updated my account with points from a survey I did June 9th! Hopefully the others will follow quickly
My account was updated with more points. I ordered a $10 cheque this morning.
By the way I just spoke to Laura and she said the gift cards will be processed for everyone next week and we can expect them either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm still waiting for an Amazon gift card. Thanks everyone for the phone number and encouraging us all to phone.
See ppls they are good. I never understood why y'all were breathing fire down their necks. ALL survey sites seem to take their sweet time with rewards. Web perspectives for example.
Well when their email addresses bounce back and you are waiting ages I can see why people would be worried
She still has to look into my son's because she said waiting a year is unbelieveable. Sorry but a year wait is crazy and obviously anyone would be mad when it comes to their kids getting screwed.
I'm waiting on 1850 pts to be added but I can't access their website from this computer because it says it's security certificate is out of date. a phonecall is definitely in order for me -- thanks for the updates to everyone else who's called/e-mailed, glad to see some points, GC's and cheques coming in!
