oh I get quite a few surveys from them
I've found the past couple weeks have been a bit slower, maybe only getting 1-2 a week, i was getting pretty well 1/day at one point not too long ago
yeah 1-2 a week seems average for me too
I'm lucky if I get one once a month, used to get them once a day.
I still am getting surveys but still no reply to my 3 or 4 emails to "carole" about my missing points :rant::rant::rant::rant:
I've heard emailing gets you no where, you should call them everyone seems to get results fast that way. The number is somewhere in this thread lol
I've emailed them many times witout a response. I finally just called them & she told me the points will be put into my account shortly. She said they had an issue with giving surveys out in english first & then sending the french ones out later, thus causing a delay in closing some surveys. She did say that the surveys I completed in May & June were in fact closed though & I should have received my points. So I would reccomend calling as long as you have the study numbers you should be fine. The number is: 1-800-268-7115
lisa's right, calling seems like the way to go. gameprogirl (and other members since) have had great results with talking to a laura @ TNS (apparently you can ask for her when you get the operator). I only have their 1-800 customer service # on hand, don't know if there's another SC'ers have been calling: 1-800-268-7115. good luck harbie!

Sadly I did call that #. Well, actually I called it 5 times in a row!!! 3 x times it just rang and rang.... and then I got disconnected and 1x I got the receptionist and ask her who I should speak to and she didn't answer me she just disconected me:rant: and the last and final time I got put through to "catherine"'s voicemail and after leaving a detailed message have yet to hear back:shrug:. I had mentioned the 3 seperate emails I sent to carole since July 12.
I just don't bother with any more surveys until I get my credits.
I don't work far from their office, if they don't start crediting I may just pop by and see how well they ignore me in person
I actually did get credited for one that ended on July 13 (I always write down the end date since it says you will be credited within 3-5 days of that and not the date you do it) so I probably did it in early July but am owed for ones that ended before that one!

Strange, I redeemed my points for a cheque on Aug 5th and received it today! :shock:
