Tns!!

Hi,

I'm missing a lot of points from TNS, and have tried emailing Carole Adam, (who sends the surveys), at:

[email protected]

but, I've never gotten a single response. Is there another email address I can try? I'm wondering if they're blocking my email(s) because my acanac ISP is not well regarded...but then, I tried emailing with hotmail, and still did not get a reply.

I'm pretty annoyed, since I'm missing 750 points from a survey dated September 29, 2010, which took me around an hour to do! Also missing the 500 point survey, and a couple for smaller amounts.

Also, the amazon gift card(s), (which I redeemed for)...they DO come in email, right? It's been a while since I redeemed for them, and I'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and...

sorry, i don't know any alternative email address. but i remember that there is a number you can call. when i took a long vacation back from my native country, i was not able to access my account, after calling the number, it was solved immediately.
i haven't received the 500 points either. i have some small points not get credited as well. it's really frustrating. .:rant:

I too have sent them many emails in the past and not a single response. I also had called a couple of times and left messages on their voicemail and no one ever called me back. I just gave up.

Yeah they are the worst at crediting and communication

Thanks for the replies, all! I'll try some of the other email addresses, and then if no reply, just give up on trying to contact them. There's not much point, if they just ignore you. It's just so frustrating, (to get all excited to answer a survey worth so many points, only to wait months and not be rewarded). Bleh.

I didn't get the 500 points either. Now I can't even log in, and it says my email isn't in the system. I have 2500 points, so you better believe they are going to answer me, or have to deal with my daily emails.

Got the 500 points for the survey I completed back in February 2010.

I received the 500 points too. I almost have enough points to cash out for $10

me too, i also received the 500 points which i did a survey in February.:icon_santa:

Also received the 500 points and all of my redemptions in Jan

I am doing that month long survey, will have to keep notes for when the survey is back up
