The last time I had anything from TNS was in the Summer time. Now I barely get any surveys from them & the last time I redeemed for a Chapters GC rather than sending me the physical card they e-mailed it to me.. making it somewhat useless until I transfer it onto a physical GC.
:( I used to love TNS, not so much anymore.

This is strange because I know I ordered Amazon.ca cards.
Heard back from TNS within an hour and those codes were used amazon.com ones sent by amazon to TNS by mistake. They will have it fixed in a few days and they are very sorry for the problems. TNS says they wish to drop amazon but they cant cuz people keep ordering them. I suggested other $5 cash outs like paypal or something, they are looking into it because amazon is giving them the run around, making TNS look bad.
