Yesterday I bought a large ham for Easter dinner. Then, later in the day, I went to Sobeys and bought a turkey since they were on sale. So I am cooking the ham today and leaving the turkey for Sunday. So ham and potato salad today. :)
In lieu of Good Friday, it's fish day..
I'm doing a vegetarian shepherd's pie with lentils, parsnip, carrots, onion, celery and tomato.

I made a ham and lentil soup and some bran muffins-an odd combo but we also have lots of leftovers too.
BBQ Chicken, grilled potatoes and veggies.
Tonight was Easter Dinner with Mom (will have as second on Sunday with Dad) so we had Glazed Ham. Mashed Potatoes with Butter and Garlic Mixed Beans with Carrots (frozen medley from Freshco)
OMG, I'm FULL! I made egg foo yung and stirfried noodles.
I will joining my parents for dinner. We will be having pineapple glazed ham, brussel sprouts, carrots, peas and mashed potato. Mom said dessert would be angel food cake with lemon curd--yum!
Roast beef, potatoes & salad. A sort of early Easter Dinner I guess.
Ravioli , salad and really fresh buns. A bottle of red wine to finish it off. Cheers.
