Greek pizza with a diet pepsi
Lasagna, tried making it in my pressure cooker for the first time. Came out really well! I'm still full.
Cereal....with milk.
I didn't have anything planned. Tonight's supper is boiled perogies, boiled kubasa sausage, boiled mixed veggies, sour cream, and a big glass of milk. This is why I keep these sorts of things on hand.
Sauteed ground pork, with onions, celery, mushrooms, carrots, and cauliflower - in a mushroom sauce, served over rigatoni. Broccoli grape casserole as the salad - or as I like to say, kind of a dessert.
We didn't know what to have for dinner so just made a platter of triscuit crackers, canned tuna, baby gerkins, and cheese.
In case you all think I'm starving
I eat a big breakfast.
No clue, me and Mom are yet again on different shifts, she keeps getting the 11 to 7 shift and it is really messing with dinner. I need to find things I can make to eat myself at 5 but can be re heated and are not too heavy for her to eat at 8 when she gets home. I am running out of ideas so tonight will be a mystery until it is on the plate.
I'm thinking about making a tuna casserole. Comfort food you know.
I heard Rock Lobster dines on Lobster Linguine,
& puts mashed sardines in his Lobster Martini,
I’ve heard he makes peanut butter-lemon-lobster cookies,
& bets on Lobster Races with them Lobster bookies,
He even serves his guests Cinnamon-Lobster-Fajitas,
& he once got quite looped drinking Lobster Margaritas,
Some say he drives around in a Lobster-Mobile,
& he wears Lobster-Cologne to try & enhance his appeal,
Is he a Lobster who likes getting steamed?
& can his naughty Lobster ways ever be redeemed?
Would Lobster classes help the Lobster to think & to pause?
Do you think there’s hope for him or hope for his claws?
Do you think he’ll respond to sterner reminders?
His file grows lengthy & it fills up two binders,
Maybe just reading this will encourage him to reform & repent,
& soon he’ll be singing the Lobster’s Lament.
Roasted whole chicken with BBQ sauce (I started with Sweet Baby Ray's but add other stuff), stuffing, gravy; roasted potatoes, carrots, and cabbage.
Tonight's supper is a variety of leftovers. Our 3yr old son has skating at supper time, so we have to be able to eat quickly before we take him.
Slow cooked beef stew
Spaghetti, veal parmesan and a tossed salad. Apple pie for dessert.
