Last night I sauted up some zucchini, mushrooms and peppers. Added some Alfredo sauce and noodles and dinner was served
Macaroni salad, steak, green beans & butter tarts for dessert.
Hamburgers and a salad.
Cheddar cheese Chemo Perogies, Schneiders sausage, sour cream, watermelon, and a glass of milk.
Elk pot roast made in the slow cooker, sour cherry pie.
Salad with raspberries (both from the garden), topped with leftover BBQ chicken.
Went to managers place for BBQ. Tons of ribs, salads, veggie tray. A couple coolers. About 8 people there and one of them was the mother of someone I used to work with. This city is pretty small lol.
BBQ hamburgers and cheddar smokies with a garden salad. Frosted cinnamon rolls for dessert.
Yum - I only cooked with elk once - made a stew, a very long time ago. So interesting that my son remembers it and how good it was - he would have been like 10.
Tonight, my very sweet husband made pork schnitzel (YUM!) and mashed potatoes. I made cucumber, onion and sour cream salad for the men; I had mine with a vinaigrette.

Today I am roasting a large bison roast with carrots. I'll do some baked potatoes, tossed salad, and a glass of milk. I might be done buying lettuce for the growing season because my lettuce and swiss chard are big enough to start eating.
Spaghetti and meatballs with a Caesar salad.
Tonight will be Homemade Burgers with either Dill Pickle Potato Salad (Homemade in the fridge waiting) or Potato Chips
Sat night we had: Quesidias with Greek salad
Sun-Steak, perogies and ceaser salad
Tonight- The man is cooking and will have dinner ready when I return from my walk with my friend.
