..it was my birthday yesterday :-)...celebrations started on Thursday lol...so much food the past few days....I ended up with 3 cakes, it was a great birthday, lots of leftovers for Football Sunday...go Denver! (and Cleveland needs to beat Miami for my piks) :)

Shipwreck casserole
Ribeye steak (free from my dad), fresh fried mushrooms, home made sweet potato fries, boiled baby corn/peas/baby carrots, home made dipping sauce for the fries and a glass of milk. I'm stuffed and there is extra steak.
Tonight is a Chicken Wonder Pot, never tried one before so we will see how this goes. I am quite hopeful but also a little worried how this will all work.
Leftover Chinese food
Last night we made homemade pizza.
Tonight I am making pasta with homemade meatballs and sauce with bruschetta bread.
