Tonite's menu was Moose sausages done with honey garlic , ceasar salad , fried rice and garlic bread .. dessert was chocolate cake and warm custard and top with whipped cream .
We're going to have our Thanksgiving meal today. The turkey is already in the oven because it was thawed. Going to put some stuffing in the crockpot soon.
No "real" Thanksgiving Dinner here this year instead we are going to try the new Burger place for a late lunch, early dinner tonight with Mom and Bro.

Due to my brother's family needing our help this year, we are not celebrating Thanks Giving.
Saturday's supper was a $14.50 large pizza from Domino's.
Last night's supper was fried kubasa, fried perogies, boiled mixed veggies, with sour cream and a glass of milk.
Tonight's supper is egg noodles with a ground beef and veggie stir fry served with a glass of milk.
Tonight will be turkey tetrazzini. Maybe a side salad.
Last night we made Chicken souvlaki, rice and Greek Salad. Made extra chicken and rice for tonight. Will add green beans tonight to mix it up :)
Going to have Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread.
Tonites menu is Cod Tongues done in flour batter and deep fried .. rice potatoes and veggies .. can't wait for supper ..
Lunch was awesome !! Cook seal flippers in oven .. then add some extra liquid .. then add some mushrooms and lots and lots of onions .. then I baked old made bread .. So seal flipper and fresh old made bread for lunch .. it was sooooo yuummmmmy !!!
Beef short ribs in gravy with lots of mushrooms, onions and carrots. Mashed potatoes and a small salad. Pumpkin pie with whipped cream for dessert.

Cooked my first one today - almost eight pounds. After lots of googling and combining ideas for cooking, I came up with a plan - and, by gosh, it turned out wonderfully, so I'm very pleased - it was delish!
Had with yorkshire puddings (tried Club House mix, but I'll make from scratch next time), mashed potatoes and gravy. mixed veggies. Had horseradish with the beef.
Price had always stopped me from trying it, but we found it on sale for $10.52/kg.
I'll send husband to buy another one tomorrow, will tuck away in the freezer.
