Never got to have our Roast yesterday as the power keep going out so it was not ready until just after 8 so now tonight will be Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and Candied Acorn squash
Tonight will be homemade mac and cheese and raw sliced veggies on the side.
Tonight is Taco Tuesday! Cooked 6 lbs of beef into taco meat on the weekend and froze it in containers so just have to defrost quickly in the microwave and then heat up. Cheated and bought shredded cheese on sale and with coupon so just have to cut up lettuce/pepper etc.
Tonight we are having egg noodles with a tuna mushroom sauce and boiled mixed veggies.
Dw said burgers on the barbeque with salad, so it looks like i will have to brave the elements to keep her happy. Truly think it is rebellion time.
