Tonite my friends are dropping by for dinner .. I'm preparing seafood platters for ladies tonite and little champagne 🍾🍾🍻🍻 shrimp , scallops, squid rings deep fried , mussels,cod fish , deep fried cod tongues , cod au gratin.. bake cheese potatoes and garden salad with garlic bread .., dessert blueberry cheese cake and bakeapple cheese cake
...yesterday I ended up typing in the search area "baked pork chop recipe" and I made the first recipe that popped up!! ha ha Marinated Baked Pork Chops http://allrecipes.com/recipe/44742/m...ed-pork-chops/ !! It was actually really good..I read some of the comments and ended up quadrupling the sauce recipe added finely chopped onion & covered the pan for the first 1/2 hr, drained and added 2nd sauce (I didn't have lemon juice so just used vinegar). Delicious!! would definitely make again; had it with applesauce, rice & corn, there are leftovers for this evening :)
Roast beef sub and doritos.
Son and husband were out fixing the van, so they will bring home Chinese food.
Honey garlic chicken breast , chicken fried rice , steam vegetables, deep fried wontons and eggs rolls and for dessert I bake blueberry tarts and serve with ice cream
Tonight we are having roast chicken, sweet and mashed potatoes, broccoli and gravy. Apple pie with whipped cream for dessert.
