I have no idea. DJ suggested going out tonight, but wants me to choose. There is an Asian fusion place within a short walk and they have the best share plates. Hmmm, I think I’ve decided:)
Ground pork casserole with onions, carrots, and cauliflower all in a garlicky mushroom sauce. Will serve over baby shell pasta.
Going to make a Chicken Fajita Pasta Bake to use up some Peppers out of the fridge
Beef barley stew and I already went out and picked up fresh bread (I hope there is leftovers for tomorrow)
Croque -monsieur(croissants,ham and cheese) with some macaroni salad :)
Change in plans, wasn't sure about pasta tonight as we had egg noddles last night. Was looking for quinoa recipes and found a barely Mexican Casserole recipe which I will make instead
Oven baked crispy chicken wings and Caesar salad. Got to be easy tonight after a huge hike today!
Salad and sweet sour pork with garlic bread and Diet Pepsi
Takeout from our fave Greek place, I had sweet and sour pork, fries, Caesar salad, garlic bread. Husband always has just dry garlic ribs, which he eats with bread.
Food is cheap and portions are huge, so that will feed us for supper again tomorrow.
Change in plans here too; We had janes chicken strips with patatoes wedges .croque monsieur will be for lunch tomorrow ;)

I’m making a pot of curry coconut butternut squash soup and BLTs.
Janes Chicken burgers with all the fixings +swiss cheese and bacon and Cavendish patatoes wedge with sour cream :)
