..deciding between making a pizza or bbqing steak..its breezy but I'm craving steak and have corn on the cob that needs to be used up...the wind seems like its dropping out so will probably bbq and still make a pizza for later..and I have a lovely crab dip made for later as well :icon_flower:
Thanks @walkonby I definitely will try to keep at it. I’m still hovering around 230lbs. However the new size 38 jeans I got a couple weeks ago are already getting loose lol. Trying not to have much processed stuff. That’s why I try to make most of it veggies, brown rice, beans etc. :)

Yes I know it is Monday but we are going to do a nice Sunday dinner with Roast Beef, Gravy, Mashed Potatoes and some sort of veggies, might do a sheet pan of mixed roasted veggies, I have Cauliflower, Broccoli, & Carrots on hand.
..ended up just making a jumbo pizza yesterday with the works! pepperoni, salami, ham, bacon, peppers, onion, mushroom, pineapple...so prime rib steak bbq this evening, fried rice, corn on the cob, broccoli and fresh dinner rolls
I subscribe to the Sunday roast anytime you want it club! :)

Simplicity tonight. Nice fresh bread sandwich, toasted, with fresh garden tomatoes and bacon. Mayo on the bread. A bit of salt on the toms. Delish!
Tonight is fend for yourself night- I made tons of food yesterday so just need to fill a plate and heat and eat.
No idea for this evening ... so Fridge Tip it will be!
Going shopping again, preparing to be in a wedding when you only have a few weeks notice is a little stressful so dinner will be on the go tonight.
We just back from up north so just going with what we have and just doing bbq hotdogs for me and my wife will have left over salad
..have chicken marinading to bbq later, not sure on the sides...its +15 but feels much warmer on the deck, more like +25! this evening will be a deck evening...:cocktail:..enjoy it before the nice weather is gone...

Leftover chick sandwiches on freshly baked bread, with garden lettuce and tomatoes. Will start the evening with a martini. Neighbour brought me a bottle from Europe. A Bombay Sapphire you cannot get over here. Looks yummy!
