What's For Dinner?

Tonight we cooked up some steaks there were taken out yesterday but were not eaten, we sauteed up some mushrooms & onions, and I did Potatoes in the Instant Pot and turned them into a Warm Baked Potato Salad. I also make a Balsamic Salad using Romaine. Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes and Bocconcini

That sounds much more elaborate than my house. I am having grilled ham and cheese with a side of grapes-lol.

I am so blessed with a son that loves to cook, I have no idea how we got so lucky. Prime rib and mashed potatoes with roasted asparagus. He is only 19 so it’s pretty impressive to watch him and I don't even pretend to be a better cook. He rocks it out of the park. Fortunately he hates baking so I finished the meal with brownies and ice cream. It’s his dad’s favourite so that why he picked it for today.

Was going to BBQ yesterday but had a migraine so everything went back in the fridge and had chicken wraps instead, its supposed to be a gorgeous afternoon so will aim for a bbq then

We came back from up north earth as we received a call on fathers day from my son telling us that his wife went into labour. So about 5 pm he sent us a message that his boy was born. They could not of given me a better fathers day gift.

Tonight is just going to be the naan bread pizza we make

Tacos with all the fixings !!!! Long time I wanted to eat that.Ground beef was on sale famillial pack at 2,98$ lbs at maxi and on sale to next week at super c (got my flyers earlier) fixing are (avocados,lettuce,cheese,tomatoes and cucumber) sour cream *enough meat for tomorrow too score!*

Got to bbq yesterday but about 10 mins in the propane tank was empty!!!! I was cooking chops so finished them in the air fryer as an experiment and they turned out excellent, even added a little bbq sauce!! headed to the cabin for a few days, this evening planning a fish fry and after that who cares!!! lol...lots of food packed in the coolers so no one will be hungry!
