Left overs for me tonight
Chewing my fingernails atm. Should really turn away from the election coverage and make a nice healthy dinner.
Planning on making a NL jiggs dinner today (Pork roast, salt meat, cabbage, turnip, carrot, potato, peas pudding, blueberry pudding, gravy, etc) and hoping to make an apple crisp to use up some apples
Decided on Homemade Burgers with Over Fries Poutine
Crock pot Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes
Kedgeree with spices we ordered from Calgary online. Lovely fragrances!
Lots of leftovers from yesterday so just need to reheat
yesterday hubby made chicken tetrazini. Today im making beef stir fry with frozen Asian vegies with a salad on the side.

Chicken Tetrazini. DS's fav! Will be lots for leftovers for him tomorrow night too.
Pulled a package of Homemade Chicken Teriyaki from the freezer and will serve with Stir Fry Veggies and Rice
Decided on Steak with Homemade Sweet Potato Gnocchi and Cesar Salad
Tonight is a Kale soup with other veg - not really sure what will go in but it will have Chorizo and Kale and other stuff
Before that we will open a bottle of Champagne and christen our rebuilt deck/porch off the back of the house. It was finished a week ago but with this spate of lovely weather we will take advantage to christen its use now rather than in the spring
