If I was not working remotely tonight totally would have been a take-out night, it has just been one of those weeks. But we are resisting take-out mainly because neither of us want to go get it and living in the boonies delivery is extremely limited. So we are making:

It was a gorgeous day yesterday, so we had fired up the grill. I have some leftover grilled chicken, so I will be making Mediterranean chicken wraps (grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, red onions, goat cheese, tzatziki, and balsamic drizzle) and maybe a side of baked sweet potato fries.

Rainy, Grey, Kind of Blah day here so pulled some Chicken Teriyaki from the freezer and we will have it with Stir Fry Veggies over Rice.

Finally dad decided on a spaghetti with swiss cheese i had a pollock salad with veggies and mayo
Tomorrow I will grab a Mike Pizza International at the grocery since it is on sale and we will add peppers and mushrooms,cannot wait!!!

Last night i made roasted chicken with mashed potatoes, gravey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, broccoli and a salad.

Tonight im making hot chicken sandwiches, with gravy, peas and fries.

Yesterday cooked a beef roast, mashed potato, dressing, veggies, gravy, etc there is a small amount leftover for today, so will add a few cavendish fries to go with the yummy gravy and see what else later. I was at the grocery store earlier and bought pork chops so might have that and save the leftover beef for sandwiches

We are all pickin at leftovers. I had ravioli, DH had hot a turkey sammy and DS had soup. All 3 of us had homemade lemon meringue pie for dessert! Yummy.
