Amended - not enough leftover schnitzel, lol! I cooked up two teriyaki steaks to go with, and am making perogy shells with the leftover potatoes. Plus, I'll add a salad.
Last night - fresh potatos, beet tops and beans and bbq steak! Yummers!
last night was a spicy veggie burrito from burrito boyz! well worth the burn. tonight we're throwing some kebabs on the bbq with some lemon rice & a balsamic salad side... & there may or may not be wine. ;)
We had tuna helper for lunch. I made it with salmon.
I am making spaghetti and meatballs for supper tonight. Might have a salad with it.
I am going to me making spinach bites :P and my yummy bean burgers due to a HUGE number of requests :P
We are for sure going to start with a cocktail tonight...it's been a weird Monday! Then garlic chicken wings and a big tossed salad.
Pasta with pesto sauce(coriander and walnut...yum!)
and banana and pb muffins(made by ds yesterday :shock:)
we went to moose winooskies tonight for dinner.. i had chicken stuffed with asparagus and roasted peppers with a creamy pesto sauce over pasta. YUM!

Big grilled chicken salad with my ginormous .50 cent romaine(is not a) lettuce.
really wanted to BBq up some steaks today, but with the rain i decided to make a stew and homemade biscuits... was hoping there was enough left for hubby to take for his lunch, but my family ate a whole dutch oven of stew!!!!!
