Europes Best makes the best frozen veggies IMHO, but it is getting hard to find them in stores around me lately. I absolutely love their chef's spinach. It's frozen in little cubes so you can cook as many as you like without doing the whole package. And the asparagus....yummmmm.
I'm going to make mashed potatoes and have it with asparagus and a Mango Smoothie.. but since our store is out of Mangoes i will have to use Strawberries and Bananas for my Mango smoothie.
Tonight for dinner I'm going to make a lemon and herb roasted chicken breast and serve it on a bed of wild rice with sauted mushrooms and some balsamic glazed carrots.
Last nights pulled pork was amazing.....we had seconds are 9pm  I've NEVER done that before, lol. It was the best bed night snack ever :)

Marinated pork chop (a smidgen of yogurt, garlic, paprika, vegetable seasoning, white vinegar, salt and pepper) pan fried,
served with caramelized onions and salted boiled potatoes.
I made a garlic yogurt sauce on the side and we gobbled it up with some rice I reheated in the microwave.
A salad from Mcdonalds since I was too tired to make dinner, it was craptastic.
I would like the above meals instead.
