I'm thinking of......... nothing. I have no idea.............. Time will tell what I get inspired to make. I reeeeeeeally need to start meal planning again!
something easy - tacos for dinner tonight. i have company comming fri-mon so i'll be doing lots of big meals. just finished baking lemon squares and cranberry squares to freeze for christmas for dd1 to give to her teacher/ea's as part of their gifts. might have to make some more of the lemon tarts since they're really good, and with company comming on the weekend might be a nice dessert to put out.
I bought stuffed chicken sandwich...not so much appetize tonight...A tragedy in our city...sunday...a mother kill her 3 young childrens...I am disgusted by that tragedy and the news kept telling the story...It is a nightmare...
bacon cheese hot dogs for dinner.
chili and tortilla chips :)
pork chops. I've been on a spice kick lately, and because I don't eat poultry, pork chops are the next best thing to slather the hot sauce on.
Poutine tomorrow for lunch/dinner, depending when we're done our errands
spaghetti with chicken meatsauce & garlic bread.
high carb lovers special!
I am going to make grilled cheese sandwiches with a big cup of tomato soup. and as a bonus, I found an ice cream sandwich I bought in the summer sitting in the freezer, so I think I will have that for desert! Yahoo!!
Baked sweet Potato with hummus and nutrtional yeast sauce.
Chicken cordon bleu, corn cut from the cob and then steamed, baked rice with beef sauce. Maybe yogurt for dessert because I'm lazy like that today.
