Last night was more tomato soup and grilled cheese since I really liked the additions I made to the soup ;)
Tonight will be Chicken Parm, taters of some kind and maybe corn.
No clue but it has to be something out of the fridge since Im trying to use everything up that we have. Were leaving on Christmas Holiday for almost 2 weeks so don't want anything left in the fridge.
I made pepperoni pizza for supper last night. There was no pizza pan so had to use a large cookie sheet instead. I bought a huge honkin' bag of grated mozzarella at Costco, so used lots of cheese, lol.

Going to my parents for pork tenderloin and all the fixings.
Found some turkey stock in the freezer so made it in to a turkey noodle soup for my peeps.
Followed by spicy pepperoni pizza (again found some crusts that i'd made before in the freezer AND leftover pepperoni from the freezer!)
Made a salad but i think people were to stuffed to eat much of it,lol
I had a piece of toast, some veggie paté and some freshly made juice.
Homemade chili and tortilla chips (not homemade) with homemade chocolate chip cookies for dessert :)
I'm a pathetic bachelor! Noodles with vegetables, mostly broccoli. I did have reason bread with it and a fresca.

dinner is late & it is dh's fault for being a ding dong.
In the morning, I had boiled two cabbages to make leaves for holubtsi, so I had this wonderful pot of broth - so I made a veggie and noodle soup for supper, and we had ham on buns with it.
Yesterday I had what is called in QC ''chinese pate'' basically made with mashed patatoes,cream corn and beef( everything was on sale). And a macaroni salad. The only negative things if that I put the dish pan in broil on oven and I burn my fingertips really hurt....this morning seem to be a bit better.I will purchase a glive especially for that I think.
