Sorry for not getting to it sooner ;) Here ya go:
2 Tablespoons oil
1/2lb Ground pork,chicken or turkey
4 Finely chopped green onions
1 Teaspoon each grated Ginger and Garlic
3 1/2 cups Chicken stock
1/4 cup Vineager
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon Sambal Olek (crushed chili paste)***RCSS has it in the Asain isle.The one with a green lid
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
2 cup cooked spagehetti
2 Cups rough chopped fresh spinach
***OPTIONAL***
1 cup sliced mushrooms or tofu
Heat oil and add meat,onions,garlic and ginger to cook.
Add stock and simmer
add rest of ingriedents and after wilting the spinach EAT :P
I personally always double the recipe ;) and and a pinch or two more of the Sambal Olek cause we like it hot here ;)
