- How Many Times Can You Email A Company -

Ive seen several other members getting the same coupons over and over. They just said they emailed the company. How many times can you email a company. Ive emailed a few and received many from them. But the products I use all the time I use more coupons of. Do you have to wait say a month, 6 month a year Anyone know. Thanks would help out a lot.

That's a good question. I know that when I called Johnson & Johnson last year for the Parent's Pack they told me I could phone back each month to get more coupons. I think when you phone them for more coupons you can also request ones like "Bandaid" or "Splenda" and they will send those out to you too since they are made by the same company. As for other companies, I have no idea, I've never tried more than once. Possibly people are ordering coupons to friend's or family's house too?

I believe the Hain Celestial company I contacted was one every 6 months. *they sell A LOT of products and have other numbers you can call for specific lines they sell. I contacted the YVES VEGGIE cuisine number and got a coupon for up to $6.99 anything in certain product lines. Also, JASON all Natural products, $2 off coupons (I got 2) which is the same company. So I think it varies by company.

try every 3 weeks, maybe? if it's a big company, that is. and for different products, there's usually a different team of customer service.

I agree, I think it depends on the company. I have yet to try the same companies again that have sent me coupons but it's worth a try. I generally send out emails from their sites (there is always a Contact Us link)

Call 1-877-223-9807 ask for the New Parents Pack. They are open from 8 am-8 pm. I call once a month and they send really great coupons.

I have emailed Lassonde a couple of times through the last few months and each time have recieved a valuable $5 coupon, as well as St. Ives and J&J and Aveeno, Biore and all have sent coupons. I would say that you could call a couple/few times a year?

1-3 times are sounds reasonable.
