I just wanted to ask about save.ca for a second. Sometimes when i go to the website the coupons are the same but if i get a link from here then they are different?
and
sometimes when i order coupons and then go to order again from a different link it will not let me and says i have to wait?

Sometimes the site looks different because they updated the site recently and some of the old links are still there, and the new ones are on the beta site.

Coupons have a limit as to how often you can order it, some are just one per household, some you can order after 30 days etc. On the beta site, if you are logged in, it tells you when you can order a particular coupon again.

They have upgraded to the new beta site. Too many people were sending multpile coupons to the same address. Plus this Beta site helps the comanies keep track of who orders what, and how often.
