okay.. lentil loaf, you'd love it! made with lentils and other really yummy veggie stuff... serve it with miso gravy from the Naam.. we buy the lentil loaf when our veggie friends come over for dinner... we get it from a place called Capers, sorta Vancouver's premier organic food store and deli

for non-dairy hot chocolate just use "soy milk" instead
