Yes, agreed. I'm referring to important issues with the board that need to be acted upon ASAP.
I'm glad Boo recognizes the problem and I think the new support system is a good idea.

Yes Unfortunately when you receive that many messages it's hard to see the actually important ones especially when I'm sure there's a couple out there who will say Urgent in their message title and it will be over something stupid. Just like that lady a few months back that called 911 because McDonalds ran out of nuggets I believe (it was something stupid like that anyways). I watched a show (I forget what it was on now) but they played a few 911 calls like that (people not being able to get their fast food). You have to wonder what's going through these people's heads that they consider that to be an emergency.

I agree and hopefully it will work well for those who do need the help ASAP for the important issues.

I'm not sure how good an idea this is, but I tried to start a FAQ thread. If more people asked and answered questions in a place like this, maybe we could reduce the questions for Admin. Maybe we could improve FAQ thread idea, and have lots of questions already answered and people would just have to look it up by category or something. I think we should set up something to help the Admin. Just thinking "out loud".
