    0
    Doctors say at least exercise for one hour three times a week. How much do you exercise? As summer is rolling in and the weather is warm and days are longer....are you doing more exercise or less or the same?

    I use to work out 4 or 5 times a week but ever since I had my baby exercise has been far from my mind. I do however go for walks with him at least every other day and he weighs over 20 pounds so I classify that as lifting weights....hehehe.

    My new goal is to start doing some sort of workout daily though. With the weather being so nice there is no excuse.

    I try to do half an hour a day on the excersize bike and walk up and down stairs instead of takiing the elevator.
