I use to work out 4 or 5 times a week but ever since I had my baby exercise has been far from my mind. I do however go for walks with him at least every other day and he weighs over 20 pounds so I classify that as lifting weights....hehehe.

I try to do half an hour a day on the excersize bike and walk up and down stairs instead of takiing the elevator.

Be a little kinder than necessary,remember everyone is fighting their own battles.
