LOVE Kernels Popcorn Cs

Bought a lot of popcorn at Kernels while on a school trip with my dd. We live 1.5 hrs away from the location I bought it from, the next closest location is 40 minute's away. Upon arrival at home we discovered that some of our popcorn was stale. Bummer as this is a huge fam fav.
I could not return the popcorn to the store as distance was a problem. I was also bummed as I used my ONLY BOGO coupon to buy this.
SOOOOO I contacted Kernels via e-mail and received a phone call from a very nice CS woman. I explained my situation and even told her about SC (as she wondered where I got the coupon). She apologized and was wonderful on the phone. She promised to send me some coupons out. Guess what I got????????????

A $15 GC for Kernels AND 2 BOGO's -- WOW.
I am so impressed.

I grabbed it off of a train. Apparently they give the BOGO's out for "oops" moments, special promo offers and occasionally with SPC(thanks Bloo for that info). I think you can ask at locations and you may get lucky.
I love this too as it is a Canadian company.

Ooooo! I LOVE Kernals popcorn too but it is SO expensive. What fabulous customer service though to get a $15 GC! WOWZA!

Wow!! Just makes me love Kernals more!! Though, I wish they brought back more flavours! They don't have all the wild ones they did 10 years ago-at least not in my city-no more chocolate popcorn
