Johnson and Johnson

Has anyone had problems with hearing from Johnson and Johnson.

I have phoned them and no answer

I complimented them in an email regarding their detangler and asked for a response so I knew they received my compliment and nothing.

Johnson and Johnson is usually pretty good about responding.

Hmm haven't had any problems with J&J before, maybe its because its Canada day tomorrow and they're off so they cant respond.

I just called again and finally got someone to answer. I just asked if they got my email and they did and it was nice because I was just making sure they got my compliment because most companies often hear the negative and not the positive. (except from people on SC) She said that they were sending out a coupon. I thought that was nice.

I emailed them to ask a question/ suggestion and about a week later They emailed me back. No offers for anything though, but then again I didn't ask.
