Small SDM brag and rant *pic*

So I went to SDM today to take advantage of the 2 day sale and the 15x points but of course the very thing I wanted was out of stock. Surprise, surprise! I was looking for the Huggies boxed diapers that were on for 17.99. They even called another store and they didn't have the size I wanted either. Grrrrr! While I was waiting I found these Aveeno lip balm on sale for 2.29. Regular was 5.99 plus I had a 1.50 coupon for each so I got them for .79 each so that softened the blow a little.

That's an awesome price....good for stocking stuffer's i'm going to have to look when i pop into SDM later tonight....i'm heading there for some of the big bags of sun chips on sale for 2 for $3 today and tomorrow!

Of course i only have one of the $1.50 off coupons *pouts* lol

Yes, price check all the way!!!!!!!!!! I've did that on Always pads last month as they were on for $2.77 and were offering additional points if you bought 3. I also had coupons so wanted to take advantage of the great deal. They actually gave me the ponits right away as they weren't sure they would be able to once the sale was over. I bought the pads this weekend when they finally had them in stock I've also gotten a raincheck on the Kotex liners so when they have them in stock I'll use my B1G1 and stock up

Yes, the diapers are in the flyer on the front page and no they wouldn't give me a raincheck. She said they couldn't give me a raincheck because they were from the 2 day sale. I don't really know what difference that makes but I'm not really into arguing. I did, however, take my flyer to LD and price matched and then got to use $6 in coupons plus the free wipes coupon when you buy a pack of diapers. So no 15x points but a good deal overall I would say.
