Loblaws has the One A Day mutivitamins on sale 2/$15 until May 7th.
Use the $3 off coupon and get a bottle of 90 tabs for only $4.50 + GST.
This is the best deal there is, sale price $7.50 less $3 coupon.

I got my coupons from a trade (thanks again, zabet17!)
And I also got a $3 off coupon from Shopper's Voice.

But don't you have to buy 2 to get that deal? So $15 for two bottles, minus the $3 means $12 total and $6 for a bottle of 90 tablets. Or am I not reading this correctly. You can get the Wal-mart brand for much cheaper. Exact same vitamin, just a cheaper name. :p

    The deal is great.
The question is how good are the vitamins?
They say they are specially formulated for women.I checked the ingredients against Centrum
One A Day had everything less, beside the Calcium.
    So now, I'm puzzled.
If Centrum Multivit is supposed to have all what's needed for one day, than what about getting less from One A Day?
    Is it ok or not?

One-a-day has ones specifically formulated for men and women... and also have ones for people over 50. They have twice the amount of calcium and vitamin D for bone strength and breast health in the women's formula. I think the men's formula has twice the amount of selenium than Centrum does and less iron since us guys don't need as much of that and get enough of that in our regular diets.
