OMG!! July 18 ~ Saved $71.87 & I Didn't Even Set Foot in LD!! ~ pics ~

My Saturday was jam packed with running around & i had baby Ryan with me!!

First stop ~ IGA - picked up some Bushs Beans that were on sale

Second stop ~ SDM (mall) - picked up gerber baby food

Third stop ~ Zellers (mall) - needed to take advantage of the 50% off Glade smellies & 25% off all baby feeding products!! Plus Liptons Sidekicks were on sale $0.97 - didn't have coupons unfortunatelly... But thanks to MV, she met up with me & used her SPC card so i could save an additional 10%!! PLUS she helped sort my goodies out @ the till!! She's sooooo organized at the til!! Thx tons MV!!

(side note, thought we could get a few scops cause some items didn't ring in properly, but apparently Z doesn't participate in scop anyone know if there's a list of stores that participate in scop??)

Fourth stop ~ MV's car (@ mall) - she had picked up 12 cascades for me at LD (stacked & PM'd of course), but refused to take my $$!! I totally owe her next time!!

Fifth stop ~ RCSS (mall) - picked up baby food, baby food & more baby food.. couldn't help it! Beechnut was on sale again & Ryan doesn't mind eating it

ok, now picture this.. all this time, i have 8 month old Ryan in his stroller & bags overflowing under the stroller & over my shoulders.. AND Ryan was sooooo well behaved the whole time!! (ask MV, she'll attest to it!) must be the baby food i'm feeding him!!

*finally* last stop ~ home

i can't believe i saved so much & didn't even set foot in an LD!!! Wow! So that's how u all do it out east ~ except you all get super duper awesome deals on food (& awesome coupons we dont really get out here)!!! I wanna shop at No Frills!! We should house swap!!

I can sympathize with the stroller overflow. Happens to me weekly, so I got (on clearance!) a big, heavy duty backpack. LOL Plus, you'd think they would come up with a better system for shopping moms with kids in strollers. A shopping cart is out of the question and those dinky little baskets are...well, little and are hard to handle with a stroller.

yes, zellers has them for $17.97 & this week it's 25% off - it didn't come off right away for some reason, so i had to go to CS to get it adjusted.. plus the 10% SPC, and then used a $5 coupon along with the $1 Playtex mfg coupon (that can be used with more than one coupon).. wish i had more $1 Playtex ones!! if i had more coupons, i prob would've PM'd & stacked at LD.. still might, if they have any in stock..

OMG!! Ryan is absolutely the BEST BABY EVER!!! TL came to visit me at work before she went to Zellers..and I met up with her maybe an hr later? LOL and the whole time i was there..Ryan was nothing but giggles!! hes SOOOOOOOOOO CUTEEEEEE!! awww i just want to pinch his cheeks!!! HAHAHAHAA

and OMG TL is SUPER MOM!! shes pushing the stroller, one big bag on one shoulder, the other big bag on her other shoulder, strolling like it wasn't one bit heavy!!

P.S. The Cascades were FREE therefore I didn't 'charge' TL cause i had stacked at LD!!
