Article #1. Recession over? Hmmm.....I wonder whether retailers will modify their marketing practices to reflect the Bank of Canada's "optimism" and begin increasing prices?

The recession is over once we've had two consecutive quarters of positive GDP. That hasn't happened yet and I wouldn't expect it until sometime next year. On the brighter side, we should still be seeing a lot of good deals
