My rep funda .....even tho' I'm in jail almost every day , I try again in a few hours and I'm able to give out a few reps again, and if I keep getting the msg. that I can not rep a particular person /s I just move on to another thread ( of the 3-4 that I frequent the most) and rep friends over there then come back ....so on and so forth .....:)
How can I be out of rep before even giving one!!!! I waited 24 hours!!!!

to ease rep confusion, you get 50 Reps per day, if you rep 4 people @ 4 o'clock, then you won't be able to rep 4 with the same 4/50 before 4 o'clock the next day. it doesn't matter when you rep out, what matters is when you repped 1-50 , 24hours from those individual reps. which is why sometimes it seems like you are getting reps back. it only means 24hours has elapsed since you've give 1 or 2 reps. they don't all get returned at once, unless you gave them out all at once. 50 reps / 24hours it just depends how you use them.
