I used to work there, but I don't remember whether there was a specific day, there were markdowns going on all the time. If it happens to get marked down after you buy it, remember you still have 15 days to get an adjustment. I keep all my old navy receipts in my wallet (if I shop often, hasn't been happening lately) and when I go to pay, I get the cashier to check my receipts for adjustments.

Good Morning,
I recently sent an email to you guys complaining about the online
ordering and how I am very frustrated that you do not ship to Canada.
I shop at Old Navy religiously. I heard about Oldnavyweekly.com, I have been trying for a couple of weeks to get the 75$ off 100$ coupon. Last night I stayed up until 3:30AM and I actually got a 60$ off 100$ coupon.
I was so excited! However, to my dismay, the link was broken and I was unable to retrieve the coupon and couldn't get another. Just another reason why I am disappointed in your company. I am placing an order online and having it shipped to my grandma in the U.S. So I am paying the extra postage to get it shipped here to Canada from her house. This is how much I love your clothing. I purchased $300.00 worth of items but
now I am seriously reconsidering. I am ready to give up.
Please help!
Melissa Jones

I think they meant the website only ships to the states, when they said this offer. I HATE getting automated replies like that from companies.

Has anyone written ON to complain about the site and get an actual letter back that wasn't automated?

The site never give you the time to actually get the good ones. The coupons are gone in seconds. It really sucks. They should offer a lot more coupons knowing that people haunt the site for a deal. I go to old navy for all my four year olds clothes. I was mad when i didn't even get a 30% off coupon last week. Sucks that people get them and then try and sell them for a profit, but the people who really want them don't get any.
